Short Software demonstration voice over.

I'm running a small independent software vendor website.
I produce a number of products, and I'm investigating how effective animated product demonstration are compared to static content.
I have produced a small 30-60 second product demonstration that shows the basic use of one of our products "A Better Finder Rename", a Macintosh file renaming utility.
At present the demo features subtitles rather than a voice over. I would like to investigate whether a professional voice over will make a positive difference to sales by running no-sound/ voice-over versions of the movie side by side for a while.
Clearly the pace of the clip will need to be changed in order to accommodate the voice over and the sub-titles will be removed.
I want to stress that this is the first trial run for voice overs, and that if they prove to be successful, I'll be producing similar clips for a variety of other products as well as longer clips for particular usage scenarios, podcasts, etc..
The successful candidate can thus expect an ongoing relationship as the voice of my website.
Depending on rates, I could imagine accepting several voice artist's quotes and run different voices side by side to hone in on the most appropriate one.
I'm using Final Cut Studio 2 (fcp 6) and should be able to manage putting the voice in myself. A clean audio track (no background noise, breathing, etc.) in a standard format should be delivered.
