Short How To Video Voiceover
We are producing a short 15 - 20 minute how-to video. The purpose of this video is to show clients how to use a particular product. (It is a chemical product and must be handled in a particular way.) We have attached the entire script for you to review and to base your fee on. We would prefer you submit a sample of your voice by reading the first part of the script, so we can compare apples to apples. Thank you for your time.

Introducing ****************************, a completely new Die Attach technology that enables power modules and power discretes to achieve new heights in reliability. ******* allows manufacturers to implement sintering technology that assures high throughput, high yield, and low cost processing. In addition, lead-free Argomax enables environmental benefits such as the production of higher energy efficiency devices. ************* is your ideal choice for power module and power discrete production.
The purpose of this video is to demonstrate the printing procedures you need to follow to take advantage of the benefits of ******* sinter paste. Proper operator preparation is essential for the successful use of ********.

We will cover the following subjects:
- The appropriate clothing to wear when printing with ********************;
- The proper material handling procedures;
- The printer setup process
- The cleaning procedures for the stencil and squeegee blade;and,
- The recommended waste disposal steps for empty ******* jars, stencil wipes, and other process waste.
Operator preparation begins with the use of proper clothing, including an ESD compliant lab coat, rubber gloves and safety glasses.

First, the operator puts on the safety glasses for proper eye protection.
Then, he puts on the lab coat, and buttons it up completely, making sure that it fits properly and allows for freedom of movement.
The next step is for the operator to put on the appropriate rubber gloves. Proper gloves must always be worn when handling ********************.
All of this protective clothing must be worn for the entire time the operator is working with *******************************
Now we would like to show you how ****************************** is printed.
On the tray, the operator has set out jars of ************************************************************************* wipes, a spatula for applying the paste to the stencil and the squeegee blades. Also on the tray are the substrates on which ******* will be printed.

Now, from the stencil storage rack, the operator selects the proper stencil for the ******* printing process.
The operator then begins to set up process by loading the stencil into the printer and carefully affixing it into place. Next, he sets the squeegee blades in the proper position.
The operator then verifies the stencil snap-off requirement by confirming that the substrate and stencil are in contact. This ensures that good print deposits are made and that smearing of the paste is avoided.

Then, the operator applies the ******************** to the stencil with the spatula, being sure to place a consistent amount of paste behind the apertures in the stencil.
Please note that ******* should be printed at room temperature of 72 degrees fahrenheit, or 22 degree celsius.

In the next step, the operator carefully places the substrate to be printed on into the printer conveyor feed tray.
Inside the printer, you can see that the squeegee blade moves forward and begins to roll the paste over the stencil as it applies the paste to the substrate under the stencil.
After printing, the substrate should be removed from the printer conveyor and handled very carefully to avoid any contact with the printed surface.
The finished substrate should be inspected to make sure that ******* has been properly printed.
During and after the printing process Argomax waste, including empty jars should be disposed of in your white Cookson Reclaim Service bucket.
And, the under stencil wiping paper should also be placed in the bucket.
Now it is time to clean up the stencil and squeegee blades using the proper cleaning solvent and wipes. We recommend placing the stencil and squeegee blade in a cleaner tray and doing all of the clean up work there, so that the waste is easily contained. Care should be taken to ensure that all of the Argomax residue is removed.
When printing and clean up are complete and all process waste is collected, including any items with ************************** residue on them, place these items in your white ********************* bucket which should be lined with a durable plastic bag.
When the bucket is full, seal the bag and remove it from the bucket. Place full bags of ******* printing waste in an approved reclaim shipping drum which can be ordered from Cookson Electronics.
When the shipping drum is full, you can make arrangements with your local Alpha representative to ship it to a Cookson Electronics’ metals reclaim location.
Thank you for using **************************. Consistent attention to our recommended operator preparation steps, including use of proper safety clothing; material handling procedures; printer set up; stencil and squeegee blade cleaning procedures; and, proper waste disposal procedures will enhance the successful use of Argomax in your manufacturing process.

******************* is dedicated to ensuring your successful use of *******. Our Customer Technical Support personnel and sales team are available to help you with any questions you may have.
