September 11 short tribute video ZDLTK494014976163X
This is a short tribute video we are doing for our church service on September 11. The video includes 4 interviews with NYC firefighters that responded to the World Trade Center on 9/11 and survived. The voiceover will open and close the video only. The mood should be reflective and serious. We want to make sure that we get across the tragedy of that day, honor for our first responders, and a motivation to move on without forgetting those that were lost. I have provided the entire script in this post for talents to understand the purpose of the voiceover. However, just a small sampling of the script is necessary for review. Never really done this before so not sure what to ask for as far as budget is concerned. Willing to negotiate anything reasonable.

9/11 Video Voiceover Script:
Beginning: As the sun rose on September 11, 2001, it would appear as just another ordinary day in New York City. Children were beginning a brand new year of school...tourists packed the city subways in order to see all the sights...street performers made their way to the most heavily trafficked corners...employees settled in their offices for a busy day of work...fireman, police officers, and paramedics were changing shifts for yet another tour of duty. Everything seemed as if it was just another beautiful day in the busiest city in the world...until...(start news footage)
End: There are days that have changed the course of history forever. Days that are sometimes filled with extreme hate and terror. But through those days, what we remember most are the people that sacrificed everything to make a difference in the life of someone else. As we look back on these days we discover that life moves on, new buildings are constructed, and old buildings are repaired. Today, children are back in school...performers are back on the street corners...tourists continue to flood the subways...employees are back in the office...first responders are preparing for yet another tour of duty. We recover...we regroup...we rebuild...but we always remember. For those who fell and for those that carry on...may we never forget.
