I’ve been alerted to the fact that you’ve had several network outages and the number of TAC cases has dramatically increased lately.

John:
Yeah, our network has been down 4 times over the last three weeks. And one of the outages lasted over an hour. We thought our network IT staff would be able to work through these outage issues using our internal analysis tools, but we just can’t seem to get a handle on it.

Jerry:
Ana, John and I are under a lot of pressure to get our network stabilized, especially since over 30% of our revenues are via the web. Over the last three weeks these network outages have cost the company $15 million. We’re losing an average of $4 million dollars per incident in both online and in-store sales.
