The english needs to be very clear. NO announcer-type delivery please! The delivery needs to be casual, guy next door approach - and most importantly, it needs to sound warm!

This is for a :30 local (Phoenix) TV spot. It will run for 5 weeks and starts the first week in Septemeber. I need demos by Monday end of day - Talent seleccion will be Tuesday, we'll record via ISDN on Thursday or Friday of next week.
