This VO will be used to describe exercises as an on camera model performs the moves. There is only a total of 6 exercises with 2 intros, and 2 closings. Included is the script of one intro and one exercise for audition purposes. The video be used on a website. The whole project is approximately 2 pages long, full script attached.

I require an edited down file (mp3, wav, of aiff) of final takes only. I will trim VO to match video. The voice should be conversational yet instructional, but not stiff.

Your abdominal muscles stabilize your lower body when you run. The stronger these muscles are, the better you’ll perform. Here are three exercises to strengthen your abs and help you get that six-pack stomach

First, the floor crunch

Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor.

Put your hands at the sides of your head by your ears, but don’t cup your head in your hands.

Squeeze your abs and curl forward.

Keep your chin up, away from your chest.
Hold for two seconds at the top, then lower yourself to the starting position.

Do two sets of 10 to twelve repetitions
