Script Details

***please submit custom audition***
One of the main causes of a fire or equipment failure in a dust collection system is the lack of regular and proper maintenance. Regular maintenance is also important because of OSHA and EPA regulations. So to help ensure that your RoboVent equipment is operating properly, we recommend a monthly maintenance routine. By following a monthly schedule you can help ensure that your equipment is operating with the same efficiency as when it was first installed.

On a monthly basis check the KPA levels using the PD Screen on the collector’s ePad. Cartridge filters will not need to be replaced at each maintenance check. However the filters should be changed when KPA levels rise above 3.50.

When a RoboVent technician arrives at your facility for maintenance, switching the pulse mode from automatic to manual is the first thing that needs to be done. This allows the cartridge filters to be pulsed down in order to get the most particulate possible into the containment unit. This process will take between 10 and 30 minutes.
Please note that you should only use the script or your recording of it for auditioning purposes. The script is property, unless otherwise specified, of the voice seeker and it is protected by international copyright laws.
