These are eLearning courseware educational modules geared for business professionals (typically sales people) in the information technology solution industry. This will be the first of many parts of a larger education course; ideally I'd like to choose between 6 and 10 voices to narrate each course. There is some industry and functional jargon in the transcript, I have tried to spell out the grammatical pronunciation in the speaker notes where appropriate. Speaker's voice should be engaging & authoritative, with good diction (many of our learners do not have English as their first language). We also have required titles for the audio files, which are listed in bold type on each slide (the requirement is for one audio file per slide).

The five-year median revenue growth in retail is 10.1%. There are two key components of sales growth in retail; one of those is comparable, or same store sales, which typically applies to the traditional brick-and-mortar retailers, not internet-only retail. Comparable store sales look at sales growth for those stores that have been in existence for a minimum of thirteen months. Another component of growth is new store and other sales, which illustrates the amount of growth a retailer has been able to achieve by opening new stores. However, if revenue per square foot or square meter is decreasing, the company likely isn’t positioning itself well for the long-term. Other revenues can also include revenue from proprietary credit cards, if that’s a service that a retailer offers.
