Invite the audience to visit the development where they can have a rental home with the advantages of apartment living in a quiet, small town, suburb.
Voice tone should be warm, friendly, inviting - family style.
Background music will be a moderate tempo with a move-forward theme.
Timing:
Voice over will be about 50 seconds. Voice over will be edited and timed to selected clips.
Post editing:
Provide audio dry. Please edit breaths, pops, etc.

Other:
The selected artist should provide 3 takes of the opening and closing scenes and I will select the ones I like best.
