Project Main Details

Red Fields Need a scratch read TODAY
Most Important: I need recorded VO delivered TODAY (01.17.10)

I am a 3D animator who's client has given him the script ONE DAY before the project is due. The animation timing will be derived from the VO track so really I need a read ASAP.

What I am looking for today is ultimately a scratch read to time animation to. This will be shown to the client's client and then requests for changes will come rolling in and I'm sure there will be script changes. I like to make clients pay VO talent for each script change / re-read, even is talent offers free re-reads (as a punitive measure for indecisive clients).

The product will be a short informative animation about the current economic crisis, which will ultimately exist on the client's website.

I'm looking for male 30-40's, and the tone to be professional, authoritative, fast-paced but articulate.

Script Details

looking for male 30-40's, and the tone to be professional, authoritative, fast-paced but articulate.
Leading up to the crisis, continuously rising property values,
and the availability of easy credit,
leads to an increased demand for homes,
causing the supply of homes to skyrocket.

Eventually real-estate becomes over-developed,
variable interest rates increase,
the bubble bursts,
and real estate prices begin to plummet.

The fallout leaves borrowers having to default on their mortgages. Foreclosures cause surrounding property values to drop,
refinancing becomes more difficult,
and banks take losses on mortgages,
restricting their ability to lend.

Businesses feel the crunch,
causing unemployment to escalate,
consumer spending drops off,
and retail outlets close down.

This entire chain reaction leads us back to what economist are forecasting to be
a disastrous threat to the US economy,...
...the collapse of the commercial real estate market.
Please note that you should only use the script or your recording of it for auditioning purposes. The script is property, unless otherwise specified, of the voice seeker and it is protected by international copyright laws.
