An “eLearning Slide” is often 3-4 sentences up to 100 words. Typically, we have seen people read from 12-15 slides per hour, which translates out to approximately $85.00 per hour.
Contractor agrees to create Work based on the specifications set forth by Client. The Client agrees to pay the Contractor the Fee upon Client’s acceptance of the Work.
It is hereby understood and agreed this is a work-made-for-hire relationship and the Client, not Contractor, owns all the rights to, title, and interest in the Work.
The Contractor agrees to provide quality work that has been through a quality control process. The Contractor agrees to provide recuts without compensation for any mistakes made by the Contractor. The Client agrees to pay the agreed upon fee to the Contractor for any mistakes (recuts) the Client is responsible for. The Client’s Production Manager will determine fault of said mistakes (recuts).
Contractor must submit example recordings on from the equipment to be used for the project, prior to the assignments being granted. Any new equipment will also need sample recordings done before assignments are recorded.

A centrifugal pump relies on a primary driver, such as an electric motor or steam turbine, to provide the mechanical energy to rotate the shaft. As the shaft rotates, the impeller spins. The rotating impeller produces centrifugal force. Liquid is drawn into the suction eye and thrown outward, toward the volute. The liquid increases in speed as it passes through the impeller. Once the liquid enters the volute, it expands and slows down. The pressure of the liquid increases as the velocity of the liquid slows down. The high pressure liquid exits the pump through the discharge port and enters the plant system.
Each motor runs at different operating temperatures depending upon the length of run time duration, geography, size, power, etc. Because of this, it is crucial to learn the behavior of the motor with respect to leakage currents at different temperatures in order to characterize and perform temperature compensation. Normally, the data samples from the point of motor start-up will give a good characterization as the motor heats up covering a wide range of operating temperatures.
