I recently had a business banking client come to me after he noticed his previous banker actually doodling on his account file right in the middle of a meeting. No kidding. He said it was either a long-necked horse or a short-necked giraffe, he wasn’t sure. But there was one thing he was sure of: it was time to find a new business banker.
