Real Estate Marketing Video Voice Over 
This is a real estate marketing explainer video. This is to be used internally with clients and will be used as part of a larger presentation. The idea behind this voiceover is to make it conversational and comfortable, WE DO NOT WANT IT TO SOUND LIKE AN ADVERTISEMENT. We need very clear dictation so you can hear each word and retain the information that is being given. The emotion should be one of trust and comfort. Like you are telling a friend about a great service that could help them.

The pace of the speaking should be a little slow and steady vs fast and upbeat. We want the client to both understand our value difference and also feel confident with the message be given. The main philosophy of the whole business model is "evolving the real estate process." Which means we are forward thinking, innovative, adaptive, flexible. We are looking for a style of voice that embraces those items, representing the new, not the old.

Looking forward to the auditions. This is the first of many voice over jobs we will be hiring, so we hope to find someone to use on a consistent basis.

Script Details

When someone lists their home, they expect an agent to use marketing techniques that improve their chances of standing out in a crowd. The problem is, most agents typically use traditional and often outdated techniques. With no feedback or tracking of what is working and what buyers are saying, these methods can be hectic and unorganized. The house stays on the market for too long. Leads get lost, listings go cold.

But what if there was a better way? A smarter way? (Read slowly)
