This is a real estate marketing explainer video. This is to be used internally with clients and will be used as part of a larger presentation. The idea behind this voiceover is to make it conversational and comfortable, WE DO NOT WANT IT TO SOUND LIKE AN ADVERTISEMENT. We need very clear dictation so you can hear each word and retain the information that is being given. The emotion should be one of trust and comfort. Like you are telling a friend about a great service that could help them.
The pace of the speaking should be a little slow and steady vs fast and upbeat. We want the client to both understand our value difference and also feel confident with the message be given. The main philosophy of the whole business model is "evolving the real estate process." Which means we are forward thinking, innovative, adaptive, flexible. We are looking for a style of voice that embraces those items, representing the new, not the old.
Looking forward to the auditions. This is the first of many voice over jobs we will be hiring, so we hope to find someone to use on a consistent basis.
