My name is Rob Russell and my wonderful wife Kristi and I are looking for a team member that can read/record/edit
our Real Estate coaching/mentorship program so we can then put it onto audio CD’s.
Ok, this is a “Story” so I REALLY appreciate you taking the time to read it, so you can understand how important it is to get this message out in the “world”, and how much fun we are going to have working together! :)
So here Ya go:
Kristi and I are FUN and EASY to work with, and what we are looking for in this team member is:
A “Real World” down to earth voice (American male over 30) that can capture our “different” story…which is…..We we ARE NOT buy our stuff and get rich overnight……. hyped out Guru’s!
Instead we are hard working, honest Real Estate problem solvers and we have spent the last 12 years perfecting (with lots of mistakes/ lessons LOL) our own Real Estate investing business where we help families get back into homes, even with bad credit!
And the mechanic in me (way more about this cool story in our system) found that most other Real Estate programs had way to much "Theory/Book Knowledge", and I needed more HANDS ON material to help me actually get deals done!
So I went and documented/systematized all the tasks that Kristi and I are doing on a day to day basic in our own RE Biz, and put them into EASY to read and follow checklists, procedures, “fill in the blank templates” for my fellow BUSY Real Estate investors so they could get up to speed FAST!
In other words “The Real World Investor system” is the easy to follow “Manual” on how to fix today’s Real Estate problems! :)

Is it possible to turn a profit in real estate in the first month?

If you’re looking for another get rich quick program, you have the wrong program. BUT, if you are willing to follow the steps and guidelines, which are the EXACT things that Kristi and I are doing, you are bound to have a great deal of success, even in this market.

First, you should know a bit about us and why we are qualified to help you.
We got into real estate investing back in 2000 when we noticed an old gas station with DEQ issues go up for sale on one of the best corner lots in downtown Hillsboro, Oregon. In spite of friends and family who said we were crazy, we decided to buy the property. We raised $200,000 from Private Money investors, since banks would not loan money for the property.
We turned that old gas station into one of the most profitable and busiest auto repair shops in the nation. We became experts in management and establishing systems and were able to eventually step out of the day-to-day business of running the shop. (We later sold the business for a cool $330,000, not including the real estate.)
With the extra time, we started investing in real estate and focused on buying and holding rental properties to include multi-family and single family homes. We quickly amassed well over three million dollars worth of investment property. Unfortunately, when the market crashed, we were right in the middle of the biggest rehab project we had ever done, a $600,000 5 bedroom, 3 bath, 3 car garage home which we couldn’t sell. We also had several properties that would not cash flow because we had purchased them at the peak of the market!
What do you do at that point?
We went back to the basics.
You have to be able to change and adapt to the market. We decided to use our expert problem solving skills learned from fixing cars, to become “Expert Real Estate Problem Solvers.” We have since focused mainly on creative, yet ethical ways to not only survive, but actually thrive in today’s challenging Real Estate market.
We were able to do this by developing systems that allow us to purchase investment property using Private Money and seller financing, then turn around and sell those properties on owner financing such as Rent to Own and Lease Option plans.
We see so many investors, friends who have been wiped out in this market and don’t know where to go, what to do or how to start again. Our passion is to help fellow real estate investors achieve the same level of success and avoid the pitfalls of this challenging economy and real estate market.
