Project Main Details
We're looking for a female narrator with an authentic Caribbean accent (preferably Jamaican).
We would like any audio to be recorded as an aiff file, and would like to do a phone patch into the recording.

Script Details
Rastafari is a movement inspired by the teachings of His Imperial Majesty, Emperor Haile Selassie, of Ethiopia.
In the 1920s, the Jamaican-born Black Nationalist leader, Marcus Garvey, foretold of the day when a black king would rise to power in Africa.
This prediction, which many Rastafari interpret as divine prophecy, was fulfilled when Haile Selassie was crowned Emperor of Ethiopia in 1930.
As the first person to preach the divinity of Emperor Haile Selassie, Leonard Howell carried the news and images of the coronation back to Jamaica.
When Italian forces invaded Ethiopia in 1935, Emperor Selassie emerged as a figure of African independence.
Inspired by the teachings of the Emperor, combined with the fulfillment of the prophecy, many Rastafari today continue to praise the divinity of His Imperial Majesty, Emperor Haile Selassie. < Portion of the script provided for audition purposes only >
