Ok I guess, just having problems with my computer again.
Voice 2:
Didn't you just get it back from the shop just last week?
Voice 1:
Yeah, for the thrid time, but it's still acting up. I'm ready to toss it out and go buy a new one just so I don't have to deal with this anymore.
Voice 2:
Steve and I had a similar problem. Our computer kept locking up and every time we got on the internet we were bombbarded with popup ads.

So what did you do?

Initally we took it to the store where we originally bought it. But each time we got it back they said something about it being a software problem and that the warranty would not cover the charges.
That's not even the worst part! The last time it came back missing most of our software and all of our family photos and financial statements.

They use data encryption to keep out prying eyes, and when they disconnect the software automactially uninstalls preventing any future connections.

There's the catch, you have to install their software. It's probably complicated and costs a small fortune.
Voice 2:
Not at all. There was no charge for the software and installation couldn't have been eaiser. They sent an email with a link in it that we clicked on. That it, nothing else to do.

They made sure that everything was working just as it should be!
They even helped us find free software to keep our system running clean.
