Script Details

We are looking for professional and knowledgeable sounding voice overs.
How do you handle major practice changes when there is "push back" from the surgeons?

Identify physician champions. Engage them on the front end of the decision process. This is especially important with older practicing surgeons. Get champions to talk to their peers.

Explain the WHY, the evidence, best practice, outcomes, peer pressure, what other hospitals are doing. Surgeons are competitive and will want to keep up with the "Joneses!"

Get administration/management buy-in, and they can help facilitate physician-based change, peer to peer.

Continue to implement change and plan it into policy, so physicians have no choice.

Make sure that the change is truly necessary. Why is it? Why should they change? What is the advantage for both the physician and the patient?

Work one-on-one with the pushback surgeon. Find out why they are pushing back. Solutions can be worked on to iron out the pushback. Pushback is good, not always bad.

Administration can affect surgeon compliance.
Please note that you should only use the script or your recording of it for auditioning purposes. The script is property, unless otherwise specified, of the voice seeker and it is protected by international copyright laws.
