RM service point feedback report 
this is an internal training script for the Royal Mail. The voiceover will introduce staff interviews. which provide feedback on how various changes to how the business operates have been going town in the work place.

The voiceover delivery must not sound pushy, salesy or indeed like a traditional voicever....a warm , natural delivery with a human/lamen feel please....
