Potomac State
There are 3-:30 radio spots to be produced, using young non-union talent, for Potomac State College. We would greatly prefer local talent who could come to our studio in 21208 to record. Second best, a good sounding home studio...and it would be great if we could hook-up via ISDN or Source Connect....(looking into Source Now--anyone have yet? ) If not, wav files sent ftp is fine. If you're planning to use you home studio for the job, please record your audition there if at all possible, so i can hear the quality. Thanks so much for understanding that we still care about audio quality. The 1st draft scripts are attached--words and demagraphics not final, so please feel free to read any and all scripts and the announcer part. The ages they are looking for are written, though i know many folks can sound that age and that is fine. Please be able to have your audition to me by 9/02 9 pm. i will get feedback from client and book talent on 9/04. Please be able to record on or before 9/05. Please be able to do revisions, if necessary, on 9/10. The pay for all parts except announcer is $150 for the spot, and $50 for a revision if necessary. The pay for the announcer is $350 (for use in 3 spots) and $50 for a revision if necessary. I will pay promptly through Paypal once i have approval from the client. If you can only send me an audition recorded over your phone by the deadline, that is fine to email me at bhaudio@comcast.net. Please send a note with it though, how and where you can record if cast. If i need to send anyone to a good-sounding and inexpensive studio that is local to them, we will make every attempt to do it, and any studio suggestions are welcome. Thank you so much--betsy/BH Audio
