Scene 1: Shot of ************************, b-roll of shop, sun coming up, wood piles, etc.

Intro VO: ******************* started out of the growing demand from the architects and interior designers we work with to use re-claimed materials and custom millworks in new construction projects. At the time we started, we had a number of requests to use re-claimed material in high-end, custom construction projects. Rather than outsource the millworks to other companies, we decided that in order to ensure the highest quality product and service to our clients, we needed to oversee and manage the millworks process ourselves.

Scene 2: Exterior shot of woodpile/warehouse day:

VO: Each product we create at *******************, is overseen by our team of craftsman. Our wood comes from all over the country. We get material from demolition jobs as close as 30 miles up the road, to barns being torn down as far away as Ohio and Philadelphia.
The wood arrives at our shop via freight-liner and from there, goes through a multi-step millwork process. On our wood floors for example, the first thing we do is pull the wood and put it through the __________ machine.

Scene 3: Interior footage of ************ following the process of the flooring being milled

VO: From here the wood gets moved over to the main shop floor where moves from____________ to __________. Great care is taken through each phase of the millwork process to make sure each piece is cut, sanded and milled properly.

Scene 4: Footage of custom work, shots of finished products: doors, cabinets, etc.

VO: We make everything from custom cabinetry, doors, flooring and antique beams to custom furniture and more. Many of our projects call for re-claimed wood, but we also provide custom millworks for jobs using new wood and other materials. (maybe shot of tractor doors being pulled open here?).

Scene 5: Interior office shots, shot of design plans being looked at with client

VO: Our clients have come to rely on the quality of our craftsmanship and customer service we deliver at Pike Road Millworks.
VO: Not all of our projects start with specific design plans. Sometimes a client will have a general idea of what they are looking for and we will bring in our team of architects and designers to create the perfect design.
VO: Our company is built on producing, high-end, custom millworks and delivering exceptional service. Our goal with every project is to make sure the architects and designers we work with have the best possible experience from start to finish. At Pike Road millworks, we go to great lengths on every project to make sure the quality of the products we produce and the service from our team, is exactly what our clients envision.

Scene 6: Footage of finished flooring packaged and palletized ready to be delivered

Scene 7: Closing shot of stenciled logo on Building door
