The hold messaging would be various short blurbs played periodically with hold music. For example:

"Did you know that you can get your coding questions answered online in our Members Community Forums? Just log on to our website."

We'd probably have about 20 of those initially and would prefer a talent that would be easily accessible for future updates to both system prompts and hold messages.
