Patient Safety Stories
LTK91026937409X
A series of eleven short stories that give real-world examples of patient safety policies at four different hospitals.

The final program will combine narration with photos and music. We're looking for a voice over talent to perform the narration for all eleven stories. The style should be even and natural. No hard sell. The total run time for all of the stories combined will be around 25-30 minutes.

Sample script provided for audition purposes:

Our first nursing unit to ¡§go live¡¨ with the *** system was ƒn4 East. On the first day *** was in use, Carol was on the unit as a resource for the nurses. She was with a nurse in a patient¡¦s room when it was time to administer a medication. The nurse ƒnlogged on to the computer and identified herself, following procedure. She then successfully scanned the patient¡¦s ID bracelet. Everything was going well.
The nurse then opened the med drawer and chose the medication to be given. She scanned it into the computer. Unexpectedly, ƒna large red X appeared on the computer screen, along with text that told her she had scanned the incorrect drug. She was stunned. She stared at the medication package and then turned to Carol. ¡§I¡¦m sure this is the right med,¡¨ she insisted. ¡§There must be some mistake.¡¨
