MOTHER: (UPSET) I’ve been telling him to work hard. But he doesn’t seem to get it sometimes.
PRINCIPAL: His teachers said they’re having a lot of trouble with his behavior. Which is usually a sign of learning disabilities. His behavior and troubles may be a sign of lead poisoning at an early age.
MOTHER: We got a letter a long time ago. But I didn’t think anything of it. I thought he was just being difficult. I can’t believe this is happening.

MOTHER: So what do we do now?
