We have a very simple video that will be used on our website to showcase commercial office space in San Diego. The video is composed of slides (so it's really more like a slideshow) that feature photos of the building exterior, available suites, surrounding areas, etc. As this is basically a "virtual tour" of the property, the only viewers will be prospective tenants looking at our website. The script we have is 200 words, and the video lasts 1 minute, 31 seconds. There are 3 cues when the speaker will have to pause so the script is in line with the photos.
*The video will be provided if we find talent that can work within our budget and suits our needs.
