Project Main Details

Online Course Lecture Content

We're looking for professional voice over talent to record approximately 2 1/2 hours of content for each online higher education course we produce. The talent must have experience reading long-form content (approximately 5-7 minutes per script, which will be part of 2 1/2 hours of content per course.) The talent must be able to project engaging confidence in the read so the listener will accept the voice as knowledgeable in the content. The talent will deliver to us a finished, edited mp3 file for each script within 3 days of receiving the scripts.

We have at least 9 courses to produce between now and January 2015, with even more after that. Following a trial period on the 1st course, we hope to secure a long term relationship with this voice talent.

Your company’s human resources department is responsible for managing its people, and as technology advances, technical changes create challenges that HR professionals must face. An organization's workforce has to keep up, or the company risks being left behind as tech-savvy competitors move in.
The HR professional plays an important role in helping employees keep pace with technical changes. For example, employees may request alternative work schedules because they can use technology at home to get their work done. Because technology is part of our work life, cyberloafing or employees spending too much time on the Internet, creates new challenges for managers.
Technology can also create challenges such as workplace stress and lack of work-life balance. In addition, managing information and securing the privacy of information are also important.
As the technology within an organization advances, so too does the privacy and security concerns connected with those technical changes. Providing employees training on how to secure data and prevent privacy breaches to keep business information secure are challenges human resources management faces in this area. Communicating with technology vendors and keeping up-to-date with the technical aspects of the company are key ways for HR professionals to recognize and confront this challenge.
Please note that you should only use the script or your recording of it for auditioning purposes. The script is property, unless otherwise specified, of the voice seeker and it is protected by international copyright laws.
