Project Main Details
The purpose of this project is to provide entertaining on-hold messages while our callers wait to be assisted by another agent. We would like someone energetic who can appeal to our college/young adult crowds as well as our older crowds. The importance is to highlight some special features of our company and to ingrain the slogan in their minds.
