They think that who they are and what they do is “ordinary”.
But what makes them special and unusual, is the exceptional way that they take the “ordinary” and add a caring and positive attitude to make the “ordinary” seem much more than that. Because of who they are, the ordinary is comforting and something we’ve come to rely on.
It’s like when the sun rises. We know it’s going to happen. As an ordinary fact of life, we expect it. But it doesn’t stop us from sitting back, marveling and appreciating how its beauty affects so many lives. It doesn’t stop us from looking forward to seeing it.
Snow, in many places, is “ordinary”. However the effects of it are anything but ordinary. The laughter and excitement of children sledding down a hill can’t be duplicated. To see a child’s eyes light up the first time they see snow is priceless. No one can say that the first snow of the year isn’t beautiful and romantic. So maybe snow is ordinary, but like our ****************************, it brings so much joy to many.
We believe our ****************************, like rainbows, waterfalls, sun rises, sunsets, snow and flowers, aren’t just ordinary, but ordinary miracles!! Partial Script for Audition:
