We're creating a character to let residents know not to let pollution run from their yards down the storm drains (oil, cigarette butts, dog poop, etc).

The character that is being created is an animated rubber duck. We're thinking it will have a voice like a teenager/young adult.

This will be used in local TV (:30) and radio PSA's (:60). We are thinking there will be three TV spots and one or two radio spots.
They will not be used outside of the city.

Please provide quotes for these spots and let me know your pricing flexibility on multiple spots.
