Project Main Details
We're creating a character to let city residents know not to let pollution run from their yards down the storm drains (oil, cigarette butts, dog poop, etc).
The character that is being created is an animated rubber duck. We're thinking it will have a voice like a teenager/young adult. Distinct, but very easy to understand for children.
This will be used in local TV (:15 or :30) and/or radio PSA's (:60), please provide quotations for this spots.
The character is still being drawn up by the artist.
