Fill your day with hotdogs and cotton candy, Ferris wheels and carousels, mini golf and boat rides, pirates and popcorn, funnel cakes and fireworks. So stuff as much stuff into the day as you can, get your whole crew over to Navy Pier.
And go a little overboard.
