My character is a cute little monkey called Mulligan. Mulligan travels around the world and teaches children about the different countries he's visited. The voice over is for the home page of the site where Mulligan appears and gives a short introduction. Mulligan is male, with a cartoon style, high pitched and upbeat voice. I want his accent to be either British English or North American English, just whatever suits him best.
