Project Main Details

This is going to be a narration/storyline for an eLearning module on Generational Diversity. I'm looking for a younger gentleman to do the recording in sections that I provide. It's approximately 8000 words long, again in sections. People will be listening to this in an educational setting and the voice needs to be engaging and fun.

Welcome to *****************************: Strategies to Rock the Workplace training module. I would like to start off by saying that, though I can’t claim to be an expert on all generations, I am a millennial and my peers are millennials, so I understand this generation on a personal level.

This program is designed to shine light on what will soon be the largest generation to enter the workforce and, most importantly, how millennials significantly differ from any other generations before them.

Throughout the duration of this module you will become more knowledgeable of your millennial employees which will better equip you to get them to accomplish and surpass your expectations, you can become a better learner of a diversified workforce, and if you don’t communicate and foster the right millennial culture, they will leave you for on that does.

Millennials have different workplace expectations, grew up differently than any other generation before, and want to redefine “work” as they know it. Starting day one, they want to break the rules and corporate hierarchies while creating a lasting impact. Managing this generation can be challenging as well as tiresome if you don’t understand their needs and how they operate.

It is imperative we avoid the negative pitfalls of the millennial generation, or any generation for that matter. So let’s go ahead and look at our assets and how we can complement your business and your goals. New people are constantly entering the workforce and are consequently shaking things up. Just because you don’t agree or understand something doesn’t mean it is wrong – it is simply different. You did the same when you entered the workforce. Change is the most constant thing that all generations face.
