I can push promotions to members. This helps me keep members informed of what’s going on and it drives revenue.
I can push time critical messages to our members using push notifications. This cuts down on the number of questions and really helps us out in an emergency. Severe weather sometimes causes power outages and it’s great to have this 1 to 1 instant communication channel with members.
I see leads coming in with trial passes all the time. I can convert them at a higher rate because I can connect with them quickly with the information that we’ve collected through the mobile app.
We manage feedback about the app by directing the feedback to the appropriate club. MiGym helps us manage any feedback about the app because they read it and respond to it every day.
We set up our book it feature so members can easily book courts and trainers. This saves me a lot of questions.
And our contact page helps us to configure access not only to the club, but special content like our facebook page and youtube channel
This is where I set up my club’s fitness interests, which really helps us to highlight our special facilities. We implemented Fit Friends in a way that helps our tennis players connect. This is another new feature, and I’m really looking forward to seeing members connecting with each other around our tennis courts.

Members stay with their fitness clubs when they connect with other members and the staff. MiGym enables that.
