We are an audio an visual telecommunications company that manufactures and sells niche products to a niche market. We have recently developed some products that should be of some interest to the mainstream consumer marketplace. Unfortunately our message on hold is so old, we don't even make the products that it talks about anymore. We are looking for solid talent that can accurately and descriptively describe our new products to anyone on hold. Nothing too flashy or upbeat - we're not talking car dealership sales here - just a nice, friendly, resonant voice that is memorable, has good diction and keep people interested in listening for more information.
This will go on and on for about 3 minutes and then repeat. I don't believe we will require music in the background as long as it is a good quality recording. We have a Bogen Communications Message-On-Hold machine. It is an older model that takes audio tapes. Unless you are able to provide your recording on an audio tape, we are willing to accept the recording on an MP3 or WAV file that we will then transfer to the tape.
