Project Main Details

Medical Educational Slide Shows for Kids
This project involves doing audio narration for two web-based slide shows. The slide shows are being used to teach kids about macular degeneration, a disease of the eyes. One slide show is geared to 3-5 year olds, and the other for 6-9 year olds. The two scripts have some similarities...but each is geared to the specific age group. Each slide show runs approximately 4 minutes, for a total narration of around 8 minutes for both. We are looking for female narrator, who has a kind, warm, “child-friendly” voice. It would be very helpful if she has the capability of modifying her voice so that it would be appropriate for each age group. For example, one voice might similar to how a pre-school teacher would talk to her class, and the other voice would be slightly different for the 6 -9 year olds. Narration for both slide shows is included in the budget. All audio files must be delivered, edited, complete and final ready to go.

Macular degeneration spots live on the back of the eye. An eye doctor can see these spots using special equipment. People who have these spots on the back of their eyes have a really hard time seeing.
Please note that you should only use the script or your recording of it for auditioning purposes. The script is property, unless otherwise specified, of the voice seeker and it is protected by international copyright laws.
