Project Main Details
There are seven videos in total and the combined word count for these is around 2500 words. The style should be quite friendly and conversational, however I would like a mature and professional voice to convey experience.
This project closes at 9am GMT on 18th November and selection will be made later that day or by first thing on 19th November. I would then need the finished files to be delivered by 20th November, with any final amends completing by 22nd November. Within the fee I would expect these amends to be included.
Please send quotes for this work along with your audition. I do expect further work after these videos are complete but this cannot be guaranteed. 2013-11-15 06:02:53 GMT 2013-11-18 09:00:00 (GMT 0) Greenwich Mean Time: Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London Yes (click here to learn more about ) Closed 29 29 0 direct invitation(s) have been sent by the voice seeker resulting in 0 audition(s) and/or proposal(s) so far. Please send quotes for this work along with your audition. Automatic Distress Signal Unit
The Automatic Distress Signal Unit is designed to activate if the wearer fails to move for a period of time.
To begin the test, open the cylinder fully.
Remove the tally from the Bodyguard unit.
The ADSU is now live.
To simulate a short period of immobility, place the Bodyguard unit on the table and leave it alone.
After a period of 21 to 26 seconds, the unit will go into pre-alarm and beep intermittently. The red and blue lights on the Bodyguard unit will start to flash.
To check the motion sensor, move the ADSU briefly to take it out of pre-alarm. This will silence the pre-alarm and the light will change back to green, confirming that both the motion sensor and the pre-alarm are fully functional.
Let’s now check the automatic alarm function.
Put the ADSU on the desk and leave it alone. Let it go through the pre-alarm.
After a further 8 seconds, and 8 beeps, the unit will go into full alarm of 90 decibels.
Consideration to the level of noise in an enclosed space should be given; therefore, silence the alarm quickly by re-inserting the tally.
To test the manual alarm, remove the tally.
Press the manual alarm button, which is located in the centre of the Bodyguard unit.
Silence the manual alarm by reinserting the tally.
We have now tested the Automatic Distress Signal Unit.
