Project Main Details

MathAlive Chris Bot
Project for traveling MathAlive exhibit

Chris is a robot that helps explain interactives to children/teens learning math.

Age: 16-years-old

Chris is the Bot-next-door, the Boy Scout of the group. Earnest and sincere, he’s always looking to be helpful. He is a bit geeky, even corny, and often resorts to bad puns. But he does have good comedic timing.

He is very good friends with the other Botz, and would be a peer or slightly older brother to the kids visiting the exhibit. So his tone will tend to be on the casual side, without losing the gravitas of knowing what he's talking about.

Chris needs to pronounce words very clearly, so the math is always clear, but should have an easy, conversational tone and comfortable cadence to his delivery.

Script Details

***custom demo required***
Hah. It’s just me. That’s wild, though, huh? Wild. Get it?

More than eight hundred years ago, an Italian mathematician named Fibonacci wrote about that series of numbers called – wait for it – the Fibonacci Sequence. Hey, same name. Talk about coincidence.

Check it. Zero, one, one, two, three - Fibonacci discovered that many things in nature demonstrate that very same sequence.

Here’s a puzzler for you. Two numbers are missing from this Fibonacci sequence, and two pieces are missing from the Fibonacci pattern. Your challenge is to complete the sequence.

Which of these numbers goes into the highlighted space in the sequence? Just touch the number that fits. Go for it!

Oh, you got the bummer buzzer...‘S’okay, try again

This one’s a little harder… Touch the square with the correct value to fill in the missing Fibonacci number.
Please note that you should only use the script or your recording of it for auditioning purposes. The script is property, unless otherwise specified, of the voice seeker and it is protected by international copyright laws.
