I would like to start with a basic voicemail which keeps the callers attention. I intend on later going to messages on hold, as well as tv and radio commercials. My intent in the begining is to keep Joe Homeowner or businessowner on the phone long enough to leave a message or page one of our emergency staff. Most people dont want to leave a message and will hang up until they reach a live body... we are not always able to do so. I really need to grab the callers attention with this message. The complete script below is very flexible... it can be ad libed as much as needed.
