Project Main Details

MVCI Pleased 
This project is for voice over for a training CD-ROM for use in the training of new hires for MVCI. We are looking for both a male and female voice to read the training script. We would like the tone of the talent to be warm and friendly. We are not looking for an announcer type of voice talent.

20 - 30 minutes of VO (estimated)
There will be a total of 5 pages of script.

The Voice Actor should have at least 4 years of experience in the voice industry.

By following the principles of PLEASED you will resolve the issue by: Personalizing, Listening, Empathizing, Apologizing, and Solving the Problem. Let’s look into the process of solving customer complaints in a little more detail. When a customer notifies you of a problem or complaint, the most critical part of the interaction is how you initially respond to the customer. It can be easy in today’s world to rush to get the customer with the complaint out of the way so you can get back to the other things you need to do. However, by following the guidelines of PLEASED you will see how you can improve your response to the customer.
