The objective of this video is to provide you with information about Michelin ONCall, our emergency road service program. You can contact*******************************************

Let’s look at Michelin ONCall and how it works. There are three key elements to this emergency road service program.

The first is Dispatch.
North American fleet customers and Advantage Program Members can call Michelin ONCall, and there is no fee for Michelin ONCall to handle that call and dispatch service to you, as long as
tires are purchased during the service call.

Next is inventory.
This has been a focus for our Michelin Commercial Service Network dealers. Key sizes have been identified and inventory levels monitored to help with availability. This focus on inventory
helps with efficiency and provides you with the products you need to get back on the road.

Last is response time.
We understand that response time is critical, and we are working hard to minimize your down time. To keep your uptime top of mind, we provide reports for our dealers, and all of our dealers
have targeted roll times of less than two hours. We are working hard to achieve those goals on each and every call, as we see this as a critical element for you the fleet customer.
