Project Main Details
As far as tone, I'm looking for a male voice that projects a sense of confident and knowledgeable insight. Authoritative and professorial. Less of a "local news" voice and more
There is quite a bit of Spanish words in the dialog, so a familiarity with Spanish pronunciation is a big plus. I'm not looking for precise dialect, but at least familiarity with pronunciation, ability to roll R's, etc...
Much of the language will be dry legal speak with plateaus of dramatic points being punctuated throughout. The ability to breathe life into otherwise lifeless dialog (if possible) would be a great value-add to me and the client.
In most cases, the dialog will be displayed onscreen, verbatim, and timed perfectly with VO. I will provide a clip with initial timing, for reference, but I will re-cut the video to the VO (so timing in the video provided is not absolute).
The scope and script of the project are constantly evolving. The duration is currently around 30 minutes. The final version could easily double that. I'd like to make sure my VO talent is compensated for rereads. I'll be handling the invoicing directly to ensure quickest turn-around.
I look forward to hearing your audition and developing a long-term working relationship with the selected candidate.

**************************************** On or about March 23, 1995, Ecuador, Petroecuador, and TexPet executed a “Scope of Work” identifying the specific sites and projects that would constitute TexPet’s remediation obligations.
In addition to identifying the specific sites for which TexPet would be responsible, the Scope of Work also identified certain socioeconomic projects that TexPet agreed to finance as part of the consideration for its ultimate release,
and required TexPet to settle existing disputes with the local governments and municipalities of the Oriente region where the Consortium had operated.
In September 1995, Ecuador's Ministry of Energy and Mines and Ecuador's Undersecretary of the Environment, Petroecuador, TexPet, and Woodward-Clyde each signed and approved the Remedial Action Plan.
Between October 1995 and September 1998, Woodward-Clyde conducted, on TexPet’s behalf, and at its expense, all of the remediation required by the 1995 Settlement Agreement and the Remedial Action Plan.
