Script Details

Read the MVO lines.  
Open on Close Up of ‘email send’ button. Cursor hovers over it.
SFX: Menacing music
MVO: (said sardonically)This can be very random

The send button is pressed.
We cut to leaflets being dropped like bombs dropping from aircraft bay

MVO: (said sardonically)If you’re broadcasting emails in the hope of hitting your target, forget about return on investment, what’s the return on ignorance? Chances are you’re just annoying everyone, including those you want to reach.

We see the leaflets being carried away in the wind and we get the impression that they’re unlikely to hit their target.
Back to ‘send’ button. Cursor hovers over it again.

SFX: Music changes dramatically to be upbeat and positive

VO: ( said with greater punch/optimist) However this can also be very precise

Cut to close up of a leather glove and a high tech Olympic style arrow being stretched tight
