Hi,

We are looking for voice over artists for E-learning projects. For one of our online trainings & looking for a male / female voice for this matching a 25 year to a 40 year person . Length of the recording ( if voice approved then it will be long term association, annually we go for approx 200 A4 pages recording ). 16 bit mono Wav or mp3 format is the desirable for us, for final recordings we will need file communication through an ftp server. Also we need audio files to be frame wise, some times synchronizes to a time-code. Generally client wants a clear tone having instructional touch, some time it can be conversational too.

Other then this they look for things consistent voice quality for a course of over 10-20 pages recording per session. Enthusiastic but stable voice at a consistent pace so that listener doesn't feel bored. Let me know if you have any query/ issue. Please reply with your address and phone numbers, along with your best quotes for our project.

Script provided by the voice seeker:

In this module, you will learn about the guidelines for achieving customer satisfaction. You will also learn about key concepts related to “Moment of truth” and the parameters used by Dell to evaluate service performance.

M1T2P1
Dell’s always prompt. The field technician was knowledgeable on the product and was able to fix the issue quickly. The field technician was very patient and explained to me what was wrong with the system and what she was doing. The field technician was professional and understood the problem quickly.
How many times have you heard your customers say this? If this is what you hear all the time, way to go, you’re doing a great job. Remember, the secret to success is happy and satisfied customers. Let’s find out what you can do to ensure that your customers are happy and satisfied with your service.
Note to VOA: The highlighted four sentences have to be spoken as dialogs by the VOA as if the customer is happy.

M1T2P2
This is Mary, a field technician with Dell. Let’s see how she handles a service call to replace a NIC on a customer’s system. She arrives at the customer’s site on time and politely asks the customer to show her the system. Mary asks a few questions to verify that the customer's problem matches the case notes from Dell. She replaces the NIC according to procedure and realizes that the customer needs updated drivers. She discusses this with the customer and installs the drivers, after which the customer’s system is ready for use. Let’s see if you think Mary meets the expectations of her customer? To achieve customer satisfaction, you should constantly ask yourself - do I meet the requirements and expectations of my customers? Am I delivering what the customers expect from me? Remember that your customers are expecting professional service. You should strive to exceed their expectation every time, without exceptions.

M1T2P3
Customers often form lasting opinions based on one bad experience. It is quite tricky to satisfy a customer who has had a bad experience with Dell. The only way to negate this is to exceed the customer’s expectations in future interactions. Click the Tip button to know more.

M1T2P4
It is important to understand what it takes to keep your customers happy. Here are five important principles to follow to ensure your customers are satisfied with your service. First, work with Dell’s technical support to do what’s right for your customers. Remember, Dell support is always available to assist you if you need it.
Second, keep your commitments. Never promise what you cannot deliver. Third, go the extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction. It could mean something as simple as sharing best practices that will allow them to use their systems more effectively. Fourth, deliver quality and value. Your customers should not feel short changed during the interaction. Finally, keep your customers informed. This can be as simple as letting your customers know you are on the way or what you are doing as you are working on their system. Click each picture on the screen to review the statements.
