Voice needed for website exercise routines.
LTK9108041507X
Required: female mid-range - intelligent, calm and professional. This is for a independent website I'm creating that puts spoken word over music to narrate exercise routines. Complete buyout required 45-50 minutes. Should be a reasonably straightforward read, though probably not the most exciting one you've ever done (lots of simple, similar phrases, etc.). Was hoping to keep it under (or around) $1000. Money is ready to be paypal'd.

Continuing work a strong probability, as customers request new exercises.

DIRECTIONS: Read should be female mid-range - intelligent, calm and professional. NOT “over-the-top”, and NOT slow “syrupy-smooth” - I need well-spoken, smart, clear, medium speed.

The total audio required is just under 50 minutes. To describe what's necessary, I've divided the script into 11 parts.

1. Intro lines – 10 one-liners (“Get ready to begin your workout”, etc.) and a one-paragraph disclaimer. (1 minute)

2. Weight training descriptions. This is the main content. There are currently 39 of these. Each one has roughly 45 seconds of audio – Five intro lines, a description, and a few “reminder lines”. (30 minutes total)
(an example of one is attached)

3. Cardio – five pages of short phrases ("Begin at level five", “sixty minutes remaining.” etc.) (6 minutes)

4. Fifty rep counts (“12 reps. Begin.” etc.) (2 minutes)

5. A simple countdown from 50 to 1.(2 minutes)

6. A simple count-UP from 1 to 50. (2 minutes)

7. Weight counts (“40 pounds”, “Use 30 pound dumbbells” etc.) (4 minutes)

8. 30 short phrases. (“Get ready”, “Grab a bar”, “In three… two… one…” etc.) (90 seconds)

9. 15 Rest lines (“Your next set begins in two minutes.” etc.) (1 minute)

10: Outro lines – 5 one-liners – (“Thanks for using our site – see you next time” etc.) (30 seconds)

11. Misc – two ad tests (30 seconds).

An example of one of 39 required exercise routines is as follows:

11/39. INCLINE BENCH PRESS
INTRO LINES – PAUSE BETWEEN EACH LINE
In 30 seconds you begin with an incline bench press.
In 30 seconds, your first set of incline bench presses.
In 30 seconds, another set of incline bench presses.
In 30 seconds, your last set of incline bench presses.
In 30 seconds, one set of incline bench presses.
You’re going to finish with an incline bench press.

DESCRIPTION (NO MORE THAN 20 SECONDS)
The bench should be at an angle, about 30 degrees.
When you grab the bar, your upper arms should be parallel to the floor. The bar should lower to the middle of your chest.
Extend up and down slowly. Don’t lock your elbows.

REMINDER LINES
Again, set the bench at an angle - about 30 degrees. Keep your arms straight.
Don’t allow your wrists to bend backward. Bring the bar down to the same point every time.
