Project Main Details
The job is up to four 20-30 second promos for an Internet broadcasting channel that shows technical programming for engineers. The client is a well-respected nonprofit professional association. The client may choose 1 or more voices, so the actual number of promos you record will vary between 1 and 4. If possible, please quote a price per promo.
The client is looking for a "CNN International" feeling to the voice, described to me as possibly a British/Asian accent. They want something cosmopolitan, sophisticated, and appealing to viewers from many different countries.
The script for one of the promos is included below. Other promos are of a similar length and feel.
Technical details:
Please quote a price per promo, buyout, including studio time and voice talent fee. You must have phone patch capabilities and be able to deliver in MP3/WAV/AIFF format. We will have a director on the line to direct you for the read.
Custom demos, only, please. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT USE A WATERMARK THAT INTERFERES WITH HOW YOUR VOICE SOUNDS OR DISTRACTS FROM YOUR READ. We are a professional production company and DO NOT steal material. If you are still concerned, we would rather you drop a line than use a beep or a deliberate mispronunciation.
