Latif provides precision printing on any fabric with the Zimmer & Stork Rotary machines, which provide perfect, repeat and registration control as well as precision printing. The Zimmer handles up to 16-color printing with a maximum width of l20” and a maximum printing speed of 120 meters/minute.
Ager:
Our curing machine has the maximum capacity for binding colors in compliance with the specifications of each design. Every step of the process is important and contributes to the overall image of Latif International.
BATCHING (STENTER):
Latif International has three stenter machines Monforts Montex, Artor & Famatex to give the fabric a required width and to tint its ground as per requirement of the design to be printed on it. Our MONFORTS and FAMATEX made in Germany stenters, with a width of 130 and 110 inches respectively, have got the capacity to batch 60,000 to 70,000 meters of cloth per day.
Finishing:
Our finishing plant employs the latest 130” stenter from Monfort Montex Company. The seven-chamber stenters have a built-in device to control cross bow and skewing in fabric, which is essential in printing geometrical designs. These units have the ability to apply different fabric finishes, including crease resistant, easy Kare and Scotch guard finishes, flame retard, anti-guard, and anti-bacterial.
Calander:
To give the cloth a regular or an extra shine called “Chintz”, we have a 120”- Calandering machine with the cotton balls and the capacity of calendaring 80,000 meters of cloth per day.
FOLDING:
Latif International has two folding and one Rolling machines. They can give the fabric double or single fold in the form of Plates and Rollers, according to customers’ requirements.
The folded fabric is then passed through a new process of intensive and extensive inspection under the supervision of our proactive team of steady heedful workers.
Fabric Checking:
The fabric is taken special care of during this process. Meterage, finish, width, and quality of fabric are carefully checked at this point. Damaged, cut piece, B-Grade and misprinted fabric is sorted out and separated from A-Grade fabric. Only flawless A-Grade pieces are sent to the respective customer.
Cut and Sew.
