Voice neede to record business presentation.

We have an annual awards presentation, this year in Dublin, Ireland, and part of this presentation is to read all the names of the attendees along with their location, sometimes, their title, and sometimes their percentage accomplishment.
In addition to the names, there may be several pre-recorded introductions and a pre-recorded welcome presentation that opens the evening.
We're looking for a male voice, and because of the location, would like a strong, gently, identifiably, Irish accent. There is a very high level of noise from the audience, so we want someone strong enough to cut through the clutter - think of being heard in a rowdy Irish pub - but understandably, truly, intelligently, Irish. I would prefer a native Irish speaker rather than a "put on" Irish accent - but if the talent is good......
Probable recording date would be Wednesday, May 9, in the morning in the Eastern US. We will be doing all track enhancements, so we're looking for a clean, well recorded voice track, bad takes and all, delivered in a Pro-Tools compatible file, via FTP, CD, or whatever. My engineer and I will be on the phone (from Florida and New Jersey respectively) to make sure pronunciations and readings are what we need - we've been doing this presentation for 15 years and I will have checked pronunciations beforehand. There may need to be a pick up session for any fixes the following week.
Total program length, counting all pieces, should be less than 30 minutes.
