In need of a male voice for TV spots

We are searching for a mature male with a Texas accented Spanish speaking voiceover talent for two television spots. The news anchor should be mock serious. The injury attorney should be a big personality type, slightly smarmy.
The first spot is a spoof of a news anchor (which is played by the company spokesanimal, a chimpanzee) who relates the story of people flocking to Pocket stores for their unbelievable flat rate deal cell phone service.
The second TV spot is a spoof of an injury attorney who is counselling the public against overpriced cell phone service, again with the spokes chimp. Copy is attached below.
Each TV spot is offered at $300 for non-union buyout. Spots will run in San Antonio and Laredo TX markets only. We are hoping to find a talent who has in house studio recording ability. Session will be Wednesday, 11/29. Copy is attached below.
