British voice needed for audio courses

We are an eLearning company and are beginning to use audio for our client courses. We currently need several artists to record sections of a corporate eLearning course. We are looking for a diverse selection of clearly spoken British accents (not necessarily BBC) - definitely non-salesy.
The sections range from 3-10 minutes in length and we can offer between £50-70 per minute of recording depending on the voice and the length of recording.
We have a short deadline. So please let me know if you can do the work during the week of 16 April 2007. Also provide a voice sample, if possible please record one of the paragraphs of the given script (just one paragraph would be sufficient).
Finally, let me know how you accept payments. We are based in London and would prefer to settle by cheque or BACS transfer, but can also settle by PayPal. If all of the above is acceptable, please contact me and If selected I will send you the script immediately.
