Voice needed for annual awards pesentation.

We have an annual awards presentation, this year in Dublin, Ireland, and part of this presentation is to read all the names of the attendees along with their location, sometimes, their title, and sometimes their percentage accomplishment. In addition to the names, there will be several pre-recorded introductions and a pre-recorded welcome presentation that opens the evening.
We're looking for a female voice, and because of the location, would like a nice gently native Irish accent.
There is a very high level of noise from the audience, so we want someone strong enough to cut through the clutter, but truly, intelligently, elegantly, Irish.
Ladies, I would definitely prefer a native Irish speaker rather than a "put on" Irish accent - but if you're good......
Probable recording date would be first or second week of May.
We will be doing all track enhancements, so we're looking for a clean, well recorded voice track, bad takes and all, delivered in a Pro-Tools compatible file, via FTP, CD, or whatever.
My engineer and I will be on the phone supervising the recording (from Florida and New Jersey respectively) to make sure pronunciations and readings are what we need - we've been doing this presentation for 15 years.
